Issue  with Lazarus 2.2.4 (FPC 3.2.2) and SQLite

A small test program (attached) uses SQLConnector, SQLQuery,
SQLTransaction, DataSourse, and DBGrid connected to a SQLite database,
fails to correctly display the data.  Instead each field in the DBGrid
contains the text: (MEMO).  Just altering the SQLConnector to access a
Firebird database, and a suitable adjustment in the SQL produces the
expected array of data in the DBGrid.

Am I doing something obviously wrong, or should this be reported as a
bug.

Your fields are returned as Memo or Text by sqlite. There is a option
in the DBGrid to treat Memo or Text as Strings Options->
dgDisplayMemo.

For a correct result you must define the correct fieldtypes in sqlite
at the tabledefinition. And yes, inetrnally for sqlite is all bases on
4 (5) datatypes, more or less :-)  But it know the defined types. See
