Lazarus + Zeos, connect to oracle

I have the following configuration:
Lazarus 2.0.12
Zeos 7.2.14
Windows 10
Oracle client 19.3
Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 EE

I create a new project with a new form, put there components
TZConnection and TZQuery, then set properties of TZCconnection:
Database - DEV (from tnsnames.ora)
LibraryLocation - C:\Oracle\product\19c\bin\oci.dll
Protocol - oracle-9i (in fact, I tried both - oracle-9i and oracle)
username and password - my user's name and password.

Then, if I set the property "Connected" to "true" in design mode, the
connection works fine - I see a session from Lazarus on the oracle
side (view v$session), and I see a list of schemas in the property
"Catalog" of TZConnection. But in runtime, any attempt to connect
leads to error "SQL Error: OCI_ERROR: ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter
not loadable".

How to fix this?

Finally, I fixed it myself.

I updated Oracle client recently, from 11.2 to 19.3. Last two days I
spent in googling and checking everything what is related to paths and
environment variables. I corrected everything, but it didn't work.

Finally, I restarted my PC and now it works...
