Error creating process / error 193

I have the latest Window 10 version.

At some point my old version 1.4.0 started throwing a debugger error
and I decided to try 1.6.4

But I still get the error

One thing worth mentioning may be the space in the above path?

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Seems it helped removing the space in the path...

GDB on Windows can only work with paths with spaces if you pass the
path within quotation marks "path with spaces". Alternatively you can
explicitly pass a shortname path
