Please help compile code from RAD Studio XE8

The developers write it is compiled under RAD Studio XE8.

I open the file ESP8266Flasher.dpr in Lazarus 1.6.4 (Linux)
But I do not see the form. Why?
Help please.

Because it is a Delphi project, not a Lazarus project.
Use the converter in Tools menu. It will choke with dotted unit names,
you need to edit manually.
