Debugger stops in TWinControl.SendMoveSizeMessages - but without a breakpoint lazarus / 12-Debugger ---------------------------------------------------------------------- danielthoss · 2016-06-28 13:42 Hi, I switched from Lazarus 1.2.6 to the new 1.6.0. If I now try to debug my program the debugger stops every time in function TWinControl.SendMoveSizeMessages(SizeChanged, PosChanged: boolean) in wincontrol.inc at line 4318 WindowProc(TLMessage(MoveMsg)); . So the program can't run, because when I switch from lazarus to my program a new call of TWinControl.SendMoveSizeMessages() is done  Any idea why this happens?? What's my mistake? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Martin_fr · 2016-06-28 15:20 Check the breakpoint window (view > debug window) Supply the output from the "debug output" window, or a log http://wiki .lazarus.freepascal.org/GDB_Debugger_Tips#Log_info_for_debug_session ---------------------------------------------------------------------- danielthoss · 2016-06-29 06:41 Hi Martin_fr...there was a hidden (??) breakpoint at this line. Your hint helped me to find it. The breakpoint was shown in the breakpoint list...but was not shown in the editor  Thx for your help!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Martin_fr · 2016-06-29 10:34 This happens sometimes if the breakpoint is set in a file with the same name, but different path. The IDE knows the difference, but gdb does not.
