Option of copying from mouse over window when debugging

Comparing with previous versions, in Lazarus 1.6, the option of
copying (with the mouse) from the window that opens when debugging
when doing a mouse over a variable is not available.

I found it really useful.
Please advise if this is intended.

Check if the package TurboPowerIpProDsgn is installed.

Just tested. On my Windows it works sometimes, but not always.  Not
sure what changed, but that is a bug. Please report.
