using tty to using external terminal for debugging not work

Hi

I using tty command in gnome-terminal ubuntu to redirect input but
when type text terminal stop working until stop debugging .

what's wrong ?

set ConsoleTty = /dev/pts/0 at Debugging
and set ">/dev/pts/0 </dev/pts/0" in run parameters

When using "use lunching application" debugger not response .

Did you try the build in Menu>VIew>Debug Windows> Terminal Window?

It allows input too, but it is very basic, plain text only.

When you set the option for /dev/pts/0 hawe you got a terminal on this
dev? How did you test? IIRC you can run the command "pty" in a
terminal (if a shell is runnig) and it gives you the dev in use.

if you run a 2nd terminal, does
Code: [Select]echo hello >/dev/pts/0work?

Terminal Window work but for too long input i need copy and paste; it
does not support copy and post.

it send input to another terminal but does not send to application and
application wait for input
