Lazarus IDE only shows menu when debugger stops at required line lazarus / 12-Debugger ---------------------------------------------------------------------- mangakissa · 2014-12-08 13:59 Difficult to me to explain this. I Always set my option 'hide IDE windows on run' to true. When the debugger goes back to the IDE on the required stop line, only the menu will be showed. I can not use the toolbuttons with mouse to step into the code. The keyboard shortcuts works. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Martin_fr · 2014-12-08 23:22 Maybe related: http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=27145 If this crash happens, you might not see any notification, but the IDE does skip a whole lot of important code. Check what was focused last. E.g. Make sure you forus the source editor, before you run. (and do not use the "compile dialog") Does the issue still happen, if you ensure focus to the source editor? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- mangakissa · 2014-12-09 11:16 It's not entiirely related. Put the compile dialog off. Run the application again, but still not have any IDE speedbuttons when the debugger stops on a row. I focused the IDE which is anchor docked (only the init files) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Martin_fr · 2014-12-09 11:40 I dont use docking, so I do not know. Might be worth a bug report
