Debugger does not work and that for an error?

I created a new project with my Components, but I can not debug the
project.
When trying to install Breakpoint in the project, Lazarus writes:
Code: [Select]There is no debugger specified.
Setting breakpoints have no effect until you setup a Debugger in the
debugger options dialog in the menu.how to  start on the debugger?

when the project starts, Lazarus writes:
Code: [Select]Semaphore init failed (possibly too many concurrent
threads).

Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.
Press Cancel to kill the program.

Error with threads. When trying to create a thread
The first line
Code: [Select]constructor TNewThread.Create (...)
inherited (true) - ERROR - Semaphore init failed (possibly too many
concurrent threads).
I use lazarus 1.0.2 in Linux Mandriva

Problem solved. Enable option {$DEFINE UseCThreads} and unit cthreads
