Program.lpr(44,1) Fatal: Internal error 200602232

My Project was working very good, (5 weeks), now i want to compile and
it shows Program.lpr(44,1) Fatal: Internal error 200602232. Any idea?

I've occasionally seen internal errors, even with FPC 2.2.2. Try
deleting all of your project's .o and .ppu files - this might be
confusing the compiler.

If that doesn't work, you might log this as an error, although
normally you need to include files or instructions on how to reproduce
the bug. You might need to provide your project's files to the FPC
guys somehow since I suspect any new project you create will compile
just fine.

i Just needed to restart :p,  It works fine now
