Coolbar cannot display Todo-Entries

Hi,

I'm using Lazarus 2.0.2 (Linux Mint 19.1). In the preferences, I
cannot add the both Todo-Entries from the main menu to the Coolbar,
they do not appear in the list.

Bug or feature?

This is not OS-specific. It is the same on Windows 8.1. The "To-Do
List" and "Add To-Do" options do not appear in the tree view of
available options for IDE CoolBar. They're also omitted from the
Editor Tool Bar options.

Just install ToDoListLaz package
