Hi again.

Propose a several suggestions:

1)

In IDE Options the current node-structure is:
QuoteEnvironment
  Files
  Desktop
  ...and so on
Editor
  General
  Display
  ...
...and so on
My suggest is for to structure looks like:

QuoteEnvironment
  Files
  Desktop
  ...and so on

Colors and Fonts
  Editor window
  Message window
  Watch window
  Stack window
  Object inspector
  Component palette
  Internal Help(CHM viewer)
  ...and so on

Editor
  General
  Display
  ...
...and so on

2) In "Find in files" window in group box "Where" use check box
instead of radio-button. Also add checkboxes "In LCL files", "In FPC
files".

3) Add everywhere, where it possible(in all of windows, not only in
Editor) mechanism for to zoom with Ctrl+Wheel(not only in editor, but
in Message window, etc.)

4) For quick progress of web help system be very good for to make it
as in Wikipedia - where everyone can edit such pages:
http://lazarus-ccr.sourceforge.net/docs/lcl/comctrls/index.html

and also add examples.

P/s: also ready to help in your work, but currently don't know from
where to start from(have good experience in Delphi 7).
