Lazarus doesn't compile changes after pressing Run button

Hi!
When I made some changes in code and press Run button to test
application changes are compiled into build randomly. Sometimes are
complied but sometimes the old non changed build is run. So every time
before pressing Run (F9) I have to do Run->Build (Shift + F9).
How to force Lazarus for building full project every Run or for
correct rebuilding changed forms.
This happens on Debian with Lazarus 1.1.99.
I work on the same project also on Windows 7 with Lazarus 1.1 and
there running works fine.
Is it problem with trunk or IDE configuration.

1.1 is old; current trunk is 1.3. There may have been fixes in this
respect...

Thank you very much for suggestion.
I upgraded to tag 1.2RC2 and compilation works fine. 
Let's wait for surprises from this tag.
