Maybe I became blind but I cannot find it. It was in View or Project
menu. I have the latest snapshot 29541.

It is still in the "View" menu here.
Lazarus 0.9.31 r29540M FPC 2.4.2 i386-linux-gtk 2

This is definitely mystery.

I was searching in actual main.pp, mainbar.pas and mainbase.pas and
there is not a one line about ToDo menu item.

When I looked at old svn backup (from November 2009) there is in
mainbase.pas:
Code: [Select]CreateMenuItem(ParentMI,itmViewToDoList,'itmViewToDoList
',lisMenuViewTodoList, 'menu_view_todo');
I also have not item in Edit Menu: Insert Text -> General -> Insert

It is Lazarus reconstruction or is my current SVN broken?

I am on Linux 64b + Qt, 29541, fpc 2.5.1

iy is a package now, you need to install it, it's in the package list.
