No rule to make target 'cleanide ide'. Stop. lazarus / 1-Linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TheChymera · 2020-03-19 06:04 I am trying to build Lazarus with the Python for Lazarus package. I am trying to build the IDE with: Code: Bash  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i ./lazbuild -B --lazarusdir="." --pcp="../lazarus-package-config" --build-ide= \  --add-package-link ../Python-for- Lazarus-${PYTHON_HASH}/python4lazarus/python4lazarus_package.lpk \    || die "Could not build Lazarus IDE with Python module."  These are the build log and the tree of the source directory. Any idea what I can do? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Thaddy · 2020-03-19 06:26 lazarus-2.0.2-r1 ? Seriously? Try the current release (2.0.6) or trunk (2.1.0) -r1 means your version is  an old release candidate and after a release the older versions are not supported. If you can replicate the issue with the latest release we can help you better. It may be the case that your version simply does not support the requested option. So report back if it still fails. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TheChymera · 2020-03-20 04:32 I tried again with 2.0.6, and I get a fairly similar build log. Any other ideas? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Cyrax · 2020-03-20 05:55 Change cleanide make command just to clean. EDIT : At least Makefile of Lazarus trunk supports cleanide verb. Dunno about the release version. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- af0815 · 2020-03-20 06:09 Something looks strange for me in the last log. I found the line /usr/bin/make -C ide cleanide twice in the Log. This i didnt expect. Is there a unwanted looping ?! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Thaddy · 2020-03-20 09:33 What works for me is: make clean all useride (in my useride the docking is supported) The "all" is actually superfluous. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TheChymera · 2020-03-21 18:55 I have replaced all instances of Code: Bash  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i ide cleanide and Code: Bash  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i cleanide with Code: Pascal  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i ide clean in the sources, with: Code: Bash  [Select][+][-]window.onload = function(){var x1 = document.getElementById("main_content_section"); if (x1) { var x = document.getElementsByClassName("geshi");for (var i = 0; i     sed -i \        -e "s/ide cleanide/ide clean/g" \        Makefile{,.fpc} \      || die    sed -i \        -e "s/cleanide/ide clean/g" \        ide/buildlazdialog.pas \        || die And the build still fails. Any ideas what else I can try?
