softLink 2 lgdk-x11-2.0.so still not working fully

I found a post in here that tells how to fix the  /usr/bin/ld: cannot
find -lgdk-x11-2.0 problem -
http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php?topic=2964.0 so I gave
it a try. now it is only half working, like this.

before the soft link to the lib file I get the same error twice
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgtk-x11-2.0

Code: [Select]//without soft link

/usr/bin/ld: warning: ../link.res contains output sections; did you
forget -T?

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgtk-x11-2.0
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgdk-x11-2.0

after I link it [userx@voided ~]$ sudo ln -s
/usr/lib//libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0 /usr/lib//libgdk-x11-2.0.so
I get the same error only this time once -- but why?

if it found it once then it should find it again, so how would I fix
this crazyiness?
