Howto startup from boot script

I compiled lserver.pp from the lnet-0.6.5 package, command line in FPC
2.6.4

Now the compiled executable must be launched from startup, before
login prompt.

i did adapt /etc/rc.local

at the same time alt-f1 alt-f2 alt-f3 must work. Not in my situation
see.

Where can i find the example script code for this startup procedure?

At the same time i want to automaticly run the streamer as here below:

raspivid -o - -t 0 -n -w 640 -h 480 -fps 25 |cvlc -v
stream:///dev/stdin --sout '#standard{access=http,mux=ts,dst=:8090}

The lserver.pp is used as a control socket for my robot over WIFI. The
Video stream socket is to be used to view the camera mounted on my
robot, both in the same Delphi 7 application.
