HOWTO install Freepascal on a Raspberry PI Model B - Raspbian Linux

Jo!

I downloaded the files from sourceforge.net to install freepascal and
lazarus on a Raspberry.

I prefer to use 2015-02-16-raspbian-wheezy Linux.

Can somebody awnser wether:

command i can extract the fies
command to compile the files like: Make ./configure ./install,sh etc
Weither i got the right archive versions

Or a link from a website witch this explains.

To start a TCP/IP command line application on my raspberry
