Set mode of generated binary

Hello gents,

I'm trying to debug a problem with my app that appears to be related
to the binary permissions. Lazarus generates it with -rwxrwxr-x and
with these permissions the program works just fine, so I can't
reproduce the bug. Of course I can change it afterwards and run it,
but then I can't debug it in real time.

Is there any way I can tell Laz what permissions to give to the
binary?

A standard trick is to make your program delay somewhere close to
startup, and then attach the debugger during that delay (either via
Lazarus or gdb-commandline).
