I am trying to create an application on Linux that will use a
WebBrowser , but i can 't.... because when i use 
IpHtmlPanel1.OpenURL('http://www.site.com'); it gives me the same
error again and again (No data provider assigned)... Help Please...

As well as dropping a TIpHtmlPanel on your form, you also need to drop
a TIpFileDataProvider on your form (its icon is just to the left of
the TIpHtmlPanel icon on the IPro palette page).
Then use the Object Inspector to set the DataProvider property of the
TIpHtmlPanel to point to whatever you named the dataProvider
component.

I set the DataProvider property of the TIpHtmlPanel but when i load a
url with ".OpenURL" i cant view The Site...

 iphtmlpanel1.OpenURL('http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/');

when i use the same way to make a browser in Windows 7 it gives me
this error (Resource unvailable:http://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/)

When i Click run and click on Browser it doesn 't load the URL Why ?
