Error: usr/bin/ppcx64 can't be executed lazarus / 1-Linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CreativeMD · 2013-07-17 12:06 Hi, this happens always when i try to remove or add a packet in lazarus: Error: usr/bin/ppcx64 can't be executed What did i do wrong? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Blaazen · 2013-07-17 12:41 "ppcx64" is symlink to fpc executable. In my distro, I have it in /usr/local/bin/ppcx64 and it points to /usr/local/lib/fpc/2.7.1/ppcx64. Paths in your distro can be different, so: Check if the symlink points to valid fpc executable. Try run "fpc -iV" in console. Check Tools -> Options... -> Environment whether the compiler path is valid. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CreativeMD · 2013-07-18 06:26 Hm, there is no Path in my config like usr/local/bin/ppcx64 even not usr/local ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Blaazen · 2013-07-18 13:14 Quotethere is no Path in my config like usr/local/bin/ppcx64 even not usr/local ?Do you mean that path is not in Lazarus settings or in your filesystem? Does Lazarus show you at startup that little dialog where you can set the paths? Can you create and compile a simple project (plain form) with Lazarus? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CreativeMD · 2013-07-18 13:30 It worked i just reinstalled it.
