Lazarus is not running on linux educational, freepascal compiler was
not found.

What is "linux educational"? Edubuntu?
Anyway, if it has no FPC in repositories, then it can be installed
from here: http://www.freepascal.org/download.var
FPC source codes must be installed too, Lazarus will not work properly
without them.
