I am trying to write a settings ini file with TIniFile.  I am
installing my app under /usr/Shared/{myapp}.  When I try to write my
settings file there I don't have permission if I am not logged in as a
root user. 

Where is the typical place to write application settings (per user)
where the user will be sure have write permissions in Linux?
