Laz app crashes on Unbuntu 12.04?

Hi,

Firstly two things:
1)Thanks for your patients and help you may provide
2) I am a Linux Newbie'ish

I have managed to install Laz on Ubuntu 12.04 and managed to sort out
the source file location...All seemed to compile but then when I exit
the program it crashes (something to do with gtk) and a window pops up
saying:

Project project 1 raised exception class 'EinterfaceCritical' with
message:
os_bar_hide: assertion 'OS_IS_BAR(bar)' failed

The the file 'gtk2widgetset.inc' opens in the editor???

Any help greatly appreciated!

I needed to change the environment options to tell the debugger to
ignore this exception!

Hi,

I experienced the same problem. Can you please elaborate what changes
you made to the Environment?

Seems like a lot of programs experience this problem (simply google
for OS_IS_BAR). Try running your program from terminal, let the
exception occurs, close the program and copy and paste what's written
to the terminal.
