Can't install lazreport on Mandriva 2011 lazarus / 1-Linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Juangg · 2011-12-27 15:39 Hello everyone, I've installed Lazarus 0.9.30.2 on a Mandriva 2011, 32 bits computer, Ubuntu 11.10 64bits and in a Windows 7 computer. When I try to install lazreport via Packages/Open package (.lpk) (I don't know exactly the menu entries because my installation is in Spanish), it works fine under Windows but it gives me the following error message under linux (Mandriva 2011 and Ubuntu 11.10): Can't create object file: /home/juan/.lazarus/units/i386-linux/lazconf.o I've created the folders units and i386-linux manually, but then the error message is: Fatal: Can't find unit lazreport used by lazarus. Has anyone installed lazreport under mandriva or ubuntu? Thanks in advance. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Andru · 2011-12-27 16:44 Did you run lazarus with root privileges? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Juangg · 2011-12-27 16:53 If I run lazarus with root privileges, the message I get is the same: Fatal: Can't find unit lazreport used by Lazarus At least, in Mandriva, I can't  test it under Ubuntu until weekend.
