Is there a fpc_crosswin32_2.4.4 package for download?
Has somebody already prepared .deb ot .rpm of it, like it is available
for fpc 2.4.2?

 after installing fpc_crosswin32_2.4.2,
 in order to work with fpc 2.4.4....?

mix units compiled with different version of the compiler (where the
PPU version changes). Build the cross compiler yourself instead (win32
as target doesn't need external dependencies, the compiler is able to
do everything for you).
