Error trying to Build Lazarus: Can't find unit iconvenc used by
LConvEncoding

I am trying to rebuild Lazarus 0.9.28.2 and I get this message.

../lcl/lconvencoding.pas(25,91) Fatal: Can't find unit iconvenc used
by LConvEncoding

Checking the directories indicates that the file iconvenc.pas exists
under the /usr/share/fpc/$(FPCVER) directory.

What could the problem be?

Update your lazarus to last Snapshot, and try again.

check Environment>Options compiler path and FPC source directory
