You have some problem with FPC installation or paths.
Check how FPC runs from command line and check paths in Lazarus
settings.

I found the solution to the problem, when I installed FPC and Lazarus,
opening the lazarus automatically set came where he was the source of
the FPC, and also the path of the binary and make, but the make-fpc
was described as MAKE instead of just make, then just pointed to "/
