TViewList do not show icons in Linux -vsIcon do not work

Hi folks.

The component ListView do not show large icons when standard simple
application compiled in Linux.
vsSmallIcon do not show any icons.
Same code compiled in Windows works fine. I think that the LCL
component ViewList
has a bug for Linux.

Proofed in Lazarus 0.98.2 with FPC 2.2.4 and in 0.9.29 with FPC 2.5.1

Can anybody show us a workaround?

What gtk2 version ?

The problem occurs in Lazarus 0.9.28.2 beta with FPC 2.2.4 in Ubuntu
9.10 and in Puppy Linux 4.3.1. And was reported by another user using
Lazarus 0.9.29 with FPC 2.5.1. I am convinced that it is not caused by
gtk version. I think that the problem is a bug in ListView LCL
component for Linux. Please correct me or show us a workaround.
