source directory was not found

hello All..
iam newbie in lazarus, i just new installing lazarus on ubuntu 9.10
via apt-get. after all installation progress done then i start to open
lazarus fpc from start menu on my ubuntu. i got error message "source
directory was not found". where is exactly lazarus source directory??

pleas anyone help me...
