Change Attrib and Filedate/time on Files in Linux, how?

Hello,

how can I change the DateTime and check them on Linux?

How can I set attribs?
Follow code work on windows but not on linux.
 if FileSetAttr(fileName, 2 or 4) > 0 then Label1.Caption := 'Created
Signature sucess';
  attrs := FileGetAttr(fileName);
 if attrs and 2 > 0 then Label2.caption := 'Test is okay';
 if attrs and 4 > 0 then Label3.Caption := 'Test2 is okay';
 if (attrs and (faHidden > 0) and (faSymLink > 0)) then Label2.caption
:= 'Test is okay';
 FileSetAttr(fileName, 0);
