Which unit replace KernelIoCtl on a 64 bits kernel?

I'm trying to migrate comport and get that piece of code, no compile
on 64 bits kernels:

  {$IFDEF LINUX}
    {$ifdef CPU32}
    ,libc
    {$ENDIF}
    ,KernelIoCtl
 {$ENDIF}

That units belongs to fpc. Ask on fpc mail list better.

Coincidently, a fpc bug report by German Pablo Gentile has been set to
resolved yesterday. It contains the answer to this question.
