open an Terminal end execute:

"sudo apt-get install rapidsvn"

After install of RapidSVN

Open RapidSVN :"Applications>Programming>RapidSvn"

------- FreePascal ----------------------
At RapidSVN go to: Reposity>Checkout..
in Check out dialog give for FreePascal:

URL:
 "http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/fpc/trunk"

Destination Directory:
"/home/(Login user name)/svn_pp"  for example "/home/sternas/svn_pp"

hit "ok"

Mark /home/(Login user name)/svn_pp
end hit "Update Selected" button

(yes,this takes long time....)

------- Lazarus ----------------------
At RapidSVN go to: Reposity>Checkout..
in Check out dialog give for Lazarus:
URL:
 "http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/trunk"

Destination Directory:
"/home/(Login user name)/svn_lazarus" for example
"/home/sternas/svn_lazarus"

hit "ok"

Mark "/home/(Login user name)/svn_lazarus"
end hit "Update Selected" button.

(yes,this takes long time....)
