"Cannot detect architecture" while compiling WinCE

Hello all!
I'm trying to get to working FPC crosscompiling to WinCE in Linux.
Unfortunately, there is no guide for linux on wiki ;/

Finally, i've got working ppcrossarm with all units and RTL.
However, when i'm trying to make LCL:

What??
I've got crossbinutils compiled via buildcrossbinutils script. Should
i do something more?
