Lazarus+ non GTK pogram for Mysql

Need some sample or info about making non GTK program or service, to
get and manipulate data from Mysql. I need to make service to compare
data from few Mysql tables and if some limit reached to make some
shell command and mysql table change.

Please help

Just don't use the visual components, add the adequate units to your
uses clause, create the connect by code and then connect that to a
TDataSet and use the methods on TDataSet to manipulate the data.

Or you can use the MySQL API directly, that's also a possibility.
Search the fpc source code for the mysql headers. It should be in
packages/fcl-db probably. Also go to the MySQL website and read the
docs of the API.
