Can not compile. lazarus / 1-Linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- rschultz ยท 2008-03-13 01:43 I'm just learning Linux. I've worked with Delphi a lot. I downloaded the 4 files that ended with .i386.rpm. Yum did not seem to work with those so I used rpm. Things seemed to go OK. Lazarus IDE comes up and everything seems to be there. Tried a little test app with 1 form, 1 button and 1 label. I get this error when I compile it : /usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat- linux/4.1.2/crtgegin.o when searching for /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat- linux/4.1.2/crtgegin.o /usr/bin/ld: cannot find /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat- linux/4.1.2/crtgegin.o There is a file in that location with a modified date of Sun 21 Oct 2007 09:33:03 AM CDT. Using Fedora 8 on AMD BE2400. Did I download the wrong files?
