tryin to install package sqldblaz for mysql SOLVED

Hello,

My first lazarus project is to try get mysql working.

On trying to install the package I get an error:

/usr/lib/lazarus/components/sqldb/registersqldb.pas(1,1) Fatal: Can't
find unit ibase60dyn

Trying to reinstall lazarus from scratch using the wiki it gives me:
error: Failed dependencies:
        /bin/sh is needed by fpc-2.2.0-0.i386
        libc.so.6 is needed by fpc-2.2.0-0.i386
etc.

Please help

Reinstalling latest versions of everything fixed it. Thanks. On my
way..
