Theme's (ugly Lazarus)

Hi, everybody,
we all know that when compiling a project on Windows it does only have
the standard Redmond theme, and not othere themes.
We all know that this problem has already been solved with the hekop
of other applications.

Now

I have installed Lazarus on Linux and there it also has an ugly theme.
Not only the compiled app, but also the Lazarus IDE itself.

Probably this has already been discussed a lot of times, can somebody
help me?
