To change the position of the cursor in the TMemo I run this code:

Memo1.VertScrollBar.GetVertScrollBar.Position:=
Memo1.VertScrollBar.GetVertScrollBar.Position+
Memo1.VertScrollBar.GetVertScrollBar.Increment;



The changes which the position of the bar but does not refresh of
TMemo. What I miss?
