Lazarus 0.9.24 and Indy

Lazarus with Indy 10.2.0.1 or Indy 10.2.0.3 does not work.
When I create a project with the object TIdHTTPServer and run it, I
get the error

"Socket already open"



With Lazarus 0.9.22, everything works.

The case is Indy or Lazarus?
