Help and F1

Hello,
I try to find my way in the Lazarus help system under Linux.
I understand that the help system is an on-line system.
What I did : position the cursor on a class, TEdit for example, and
press F1.
Lazarus is trying to make a connection with
/home/anthony/http:/lazarus-
ccr.sourceforge.net/docs/lcl/stdctrls/tedit.html and fails.
I think I would have more success if the prefix /home/anthony/ is
removed.
Where is this coming from (environment, configuration file or ?) and
how can I remove it?

A side effect is that pressing the F1 key causes an additional
instance of Lazarus to start.
Pressing four times F1 equals five instances of Lazarus.

Lazarus is started in a console using startlazarus.
Pressing the F1 key produces following output to console:
