Installing FPC-2.0.4/2.1.6 Lazarus 0.9.22 on Ubuntu

I Installed Lazarus on Ubuntu 6.06LTS for the third time the other
day, thought I'd write down the procedure this time.

I used Marius Popa Adrians write-up from howtoforge as a starting
point, and wrote down my tailored version of it.

FPC 2.0.4
FPC Source for Lazarus use: 2.1.6 (aka 2.2beta)
Lazarus 0.9.22
Linux: Ubuntu 6.06LTS Dapper Drake
