lgdk not found lazarus / 1-Linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- cpri · 2007-04-24 19:49 Hello, Before I start yes I read the FAQ. But somehow I can't figure it out. When I want to compile my project I get /usr/bin/ld cannot find -lgdk Now I check and dubble checked if all the lib files needed. This one needs the gdk lib which is in the gtk+ when I try to install that one I get the message is already installed. From a other topic I know that it can also be that I have add a libary path to my /etc/fpc.cfg. So I tried to search for this lib (I assume it's called libgdk.*) I found  one in /usr/lib64/libgdk-1.2.so.0 (it is a linked lib) So my search path for the libs now look likes this Code: [Select] # searchpath for libraries -Fl/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.1.1 -Fl/usr/lib/ -Fl/usr/lib64/ I restarted Lazarus but still the same error what else can I do I'm running FC6 x86_64 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- cpri · 2007-04-24 20:13 Problem Solved !!!!!!!!!!! I found an old topic of my self http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtop ic&t=3102&highlight= In where I made the links to the *.so files my self. The same trick helped me out again
