Broken Debian package for Lazarus 0.9.22

Hi,

the Debian package for Lazarus 0.9.22 is broken. The lazarus, lazbuild
and startlazarus binaries in /usr/bin are linked to files in the /tmp
directory which don't exist.

The problem is corrected in the package available on sourceforge.

Thanks guys, you're really fast, less than 3 hours is quite
impressive.
