lazarus 09.22 error on a SuSE 10.2 AMD64

Hello

I successfully installed lazarus 09.22 build with gtk2 on a SuSE 10.2
AMD64 system.
The problem is that  when i try to install a new package i get the
error:

/usr/lib64/lazarus/ide/lazarus.pp(1,1) Fatal: Can't find unit
Laz_XMLCfg

Any idea?
