Help, Lazarus Installing Dependency

Hello All laz guru
I have problem when installing lazarus 9.20(Ubuntu 6.06 32bit)

i can't use apt-get command to install lib becouse i don't have
internet connection in my house, and ubuntu cannot detect my modem.

is there a away like tools or some thing to get all dependency that
lazarus need to install ?, becouse it's wasting lot of time by
downloading all dependency one by one(and until now not yet finished,
and there lot lib crash too  ).

A good idea would probably take your computer to the house of a friend
that has internet access, just to download and install the
dependencies.
