Hallo,

welche Unit muß ich einbinden, damit ich virtuelle Tastencodes für das
Ereignis KeyDown des Formulars benutzen kann

if Key = VK_F1 then

.............

Das funktioniert leider nicht !

Nur ne kurze Idee: das liegt aber nicht zufällig daran, daß Du
formIrgendwas.KeyPreview auf false hast?

The original German question "it doesn't work" without any more
details was the typical support nightmare, so one would have to
guess... but your answer fits most likely

CCRDude, many thanks for the kind information, exuse me my bad
english, but i am german boy.

Also, es funktioniert, wenn die Unit LCLtype eingebunden ist. In der
englischen FAQ steht es beschrieben, ich hatte nur die deutsche FAQ
Übersetzung, und in der steht es nicht !

I thought for a moment about adding it to the German FAQ, but I guess
one needs time to update it since a lot of items are missing. Maybe
another day when I'm not in a hurry

Und Du hast recht, die deutsche FAQ ist relativ spärlich, die müsste
mal überarbeitet werden. Mal sehen ob ich irgendwann eine freie Minute
dafür finde.
