x86_64 anyone? lazarus / 1-Linux ---------------------------------------------------------------------- pfranchuk · 2006-06-18 04:25 I have been trying to use the 64 bit version on my SUSE 10.0 system. There are a few problems that are consistantly there and I am wondering if anyone is running the daily snapshots sucessfully. I would like to discuss the anomalies I see whith someone who has the setup running. Peter ---------------------------------------------------------------------- pfranchuk · 2006-06-19 00:43 Ok, the current snapshot tries to use a non-existant file called "ipfilebroker.pas" when creating the IPRO components. This is new. But, when using the IDE, the first opening of the file dialog results in an access violation. The first opening of the "Configure Build Lazarus" dialog causes an access violation. The first compile of a project ends in Access Violation instead of opening the form. Further attempts at any of these work fine. This is the state everytime the IDE is opened. Hints have boxes drawn around the words. The boxes are not properly sized and seem to grow in horizontal size with each line. There are a couple more errors that seem to be more related to the compiler, but has anyone seen the problems above? The file is called for in the .lpk but does not exist in the SVN tree.
