fresh svn HEAD source fails to build

I have been uable to compile lazarus for some time.

It seems not to be a temporary glitch so is this a local problem or is
svn broken at the moment?

here's the error line if I try to rebuild from within the ide.
current installed build is 8861M

source that fails is 9000:

Recently some changes were made that require a very new compiler. Did
you try updating the compiler?

Many thanks , that helped.

it still show 2.1.1 but with today as build date. Now it gets further
but still fails to rebuild lazarus.
