Source bugs in Lazarus 0.9.10.-10

Got fpc 2.0.2-0 working using make from tar source, SuSE 10 x86-64bit,
did make on Lazarus 0.9.10-0 and hit compiler errors all involving ++
in string concatenation.  Fixed these (see console/code bits below),
Lazarus made and runs in /opt/lazarus.  Is this because earlier
versions of fpc would ignore ++?
